Our Vision
Make Every Life Count
Our Beliefs
We believe that the Bible constitutes the divinely inspired Word of God, inerrant, infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and doctrine.
We believe in One God, co-existing eternally in three persons - God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the eternal deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary. He became man without ceasing to be God, lived a perfect and sinless life on earth and was crucified, buried, and rose again on the third day so that He might reveal God and redeem sinful man. He is now seated at the right hand of God, making intercession for the saints.
We believe in the personal, visible, bodily and imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ and that His Second Advent is essential to fulfilling God’s plan for all mankind.
We believe that the Holy Spirit came to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment; regenerate, sanctify, comfort and seal those who believe in Jesus Christ; and empower them with spiritual gifts for the work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ whose members have been baptised into the Body by the Holy Spirit upon regeneration and are endowed with spiritual gifts for the edification of the Body and the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
We believe that man is sinful by nature and capable of sinning by choice and cannot remedy his lost condition except with the grace of God.
We believe that man’s salvation is the effect of regeneration of spiritual rebirth brought by the Holy Spirit. It is the gift of God granted to sinful man by the grace of God through repentance towards God and personal faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe in the water baptism of believers, which symbolises the believer’s union with Jesus Christ in His death, burial and resurrection.
We believe in the observance of the Lord’s Supper, commemorating and proclaiming the sacrifices of our Saviour for mankind.
We believe that speaking in tongues, though not essential to man’s salvation, is evidence of the in-filling of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that the believer’s life is to be separated from worldliness by consistent Christian living and conduct before God and man and to be in the world as a witness to the life-giving Light.
We believe in maintaining the purity and unity of the local church, according to the Word of God, in doctrine, discipline and practice by those who are members of the Church by their obedience to salvation and water baptism.
